Accessibility statement

We want everyone to be able to use this website, find what they need, and reach our team, including people who use assistive technology.

[COPY NEEDED]Draft for counsel to review before launch.

Our commitment

Reveye Mental Health and Wellness is committed to making our website accessible to everyone, including people with disabilities. Reaching out for support can already feel like a big step. Using our website should not make it harder.

The standard we aim for

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. These widely used guidelines explain how to make websites easier to use for people with disabilities, including people who use a screen reader, a keyboard instead of a mouse, or screen magnification.

Accessibility is ongoing work, and we keep it in mind as we add and update pages.

What we have done

Some of the steps we have taken on this website:

  • Text and background colors checked for contrast
  • Keyboard navigation, with a visible focus outline on links, buttons, and form fields
  • Descriptive alt text on meaningful images
  • A clear heading structure on every page
  • A label on every form field, and error messages that say what to fix
  • A “Skip to main content” link at the top of every page
  • Respect for the reduced-motion setting on your device

Content we don’t fully control

Some parts of your experience come from other companies, such as our secure booking portal, the directory sites where we list our practice, and forms embedded from other services. We do not fully control how accessible that content is.

If something there gets in your way, please tell us, and we will help you another way.

How to report a barrier

If you have trouble using any part of this website, or you need information in a different format, please let us know. We will work with you to provide the information another way.

Our team is available Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. It helps to tell us the page you were on, what you were trying to do, and the device, browser, or assistive technology you were using.

[COPY NEEDED]Expected response time for accessibility feedback.
