Reconnect. Rebuild. Rediscover.

The approach

Three complementary approaches

Here is what the eight weeks draw from.

  1. Gottman-informed relationship skills

Communication, conflict management, friendship, intimacy, and relationship repair.
  2. Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) principles

Recognizing how thoughts, emotions, and behaviors influence relationship interactions and practicing healthier responses.
  3. Psychoeducation and skills-based learning

Structured lessons, guided discussions, between-session exercises, and practical application in everyday life.
