How we store and share it

When you send a form, your information is stored in a secure database managed by our website platform and sent to our team by email. Our team may also use a customer relationship management (CRM) tool to keep track of follow-ups.

We believe in protecting our users’ information. We will not disclose your personal information unless we are required by law or we believe in good faith that the action is necessary.

Website analytics

We use privacy-friendly, cookieless visitor analytics. They count visits and the pages people view, without cookies and without building advertising profiles. We see totals, such as how many visits the site gets and which pages are read most.

There are no advertising pixels on this website.

Like most websites, our website platform may also keep standard technical records, such as IP addresses and browser types, to keep the site secure and to prevent spam.

Emails from us

If we email you, for example with a waitlist update, the email may include standard open and click measurement. This lets us know whether our messages are received.

Our booking portal and other websites

Appointments are requested through our secure booking portal (SimplePractice), which you reach from our Get Started page. The portal has its own privacy policy and protections for health information.

This website also links to other sites, such as our Psychology Today and Zencare profiles and our social media pages. Those sites are governed by their own privacy policies.

Health information for clients

If you become a client, your health information is handled under our Notice of Privacy Practices, which explains how we use and protect it. This website policy does not replace it.

Our services are for clients age 13 and up. This website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child under 13 has sent us information through this website, please contact us so we can delete it.

Your choices and how to reach us

You decide what to share with us. You can ask us to update or delete the information you sent through this website, or to stop sending you waitlist updates.
