For relationships and families

Family therapy that understands culture and family expectations

We support families working through conflict, communication challenges, generational trauma, transitions, and parenting concerns. Our therapists help families strengthen their bond, improve understanding, and create healthier family dynamics.

Our approach

What Reveye does differently

It may feel different from family therapy you’ve tried before. Here is what you can expect from us.

  1. We make mental health care culturally relevant.

Our clinicians are trained in Family Systems.
  2. We offer structured relationship support.

Explore couples counseling, or join the waitlist for REVEYE: RECONNECT, an 8-week couples experience starting January 2027.
  3. We recognize the whole person and their support system.

We focus on understanding your patterns, your relationships, your beliefs, and your strengths.
  4. We connect mental wellness with real-life transitions.

We support clients navigating grief, relationship changes, young-adult transitions, anxiety, and other life challenges by helping them identify practical next steps, not simply manage symptoms.
  5. We work to make care more accessible.

Our virtual services, multilingual capabilities, community education, and commitment to reaching underserved populations help reduce barriers to accessing mental health support.

Culture and family

Making room for culture and family expectations

We don’t simply acknowledge culture. We consider how culture, family systems, faith, discrimination, and community expectations may intersect with mental health and relationships. In a session, this may look like:

  • Balancing family expectations and personal boundaries

Helping you navigate cultural expectations around family loyalty, caregiving, financial responsibility, marriage, and success while learning to communicate your needs without unnecessary guilt.

  • Understanding immigrant and intergenerational experiences

Exploring the impact of growing up between cultures, navigating differing family values, and feeling responsible for fulfilling the sacrifices or expectations of previous generations.
